Dunkin'

I absolutely loved this Dunkin’ Donuts such sweet workers. Till we went an hour before closing one afternoon and they wouldn’t make us anything and were completely closed without updating their hours. So upset we wasted gas to be there. Wouldn’t have been mad if they had accurate hours. This is not the first time it’s happened at this location but we were shocked they were completely closed an HOUR early. During the earlier hours though before 7 pm it’s a very nice spot with nice staff but if you want anything after 7 pm forget this location.

Your average Dunkin donuts. However, even though there's a large inside dining area, the customer ratio is very offset. The inside is entirely empty, and you'll have a 10 minute wait at the drive-thru. I've had a few orders that weren't quite perfect, so there's room for improvement, but otherwise the donuts, food, and coffee is great.

Friendly Service, Always Glad that they're open early on weekends because of my early work shift

This store lies to it's doordash customers about forgotten food items in sealed bags and tells the customer the doordash driver stole the items putting our doordash accounts in review. It's IMPOSSIBLE to STEAL an item and RESEAL the bag. They don't care that they lie and jeopardize our jobs either. Corporate said I would get a call back, never did. Manager no where to be found and employees hang up the phone when they don't feel like dealing with it. This store is full of scumbags.

Management allows people to get punched in the head on their property and do nothing to help. Find another Dunkin this one is dangerous

One of the best Dunkin donuts in the Mid Hudson Valley.

My wife went there to get coffee tonight with friends and they were all in the back my wife finally asked for help he said well I guess I can take care of it like it was going out of her way basically the service in the evening the management doesn't seem to care cuz we always tell them about it and they don't do nothing
