Unavailable options in the menu and no proper response from staff
Worst experience as always! Notjing changed comparing year to year. I understand the face pace environment especially in the airport but definitely iy is possible to be more polite and be nicer to customers. No communication at all, no thank you, no greeting. I woek for customer service for 12 years so definitely basic service would be greatly appreciated but sorry I think we all spending our money here just to get disrespected.thats all….

La persona encargada (cajera) en el horario de 3:30 pm del aeropuerto JFK del terminal 4 pésima atención, no tiene nada de buen trato. Se supone que trabaja en atención al cliente, tanta gente que quiere trabajar y contratan a personas que la verdad dejan mucho que desear.
