I came in several times and tried to be patient, but it seems to get worse and worse with every visit. The staff is very slow. They seem to not care. The lines get extremely long and they seem to get nothing done in time. Once again I tried to be patient, but the service sucks. It can be better. Food is fine. I never had a complaint really and the atmosphere is beautiful. Just get the service moving quicker and more efficient.
I ordered at the kiosk. Instead of announcing the number when my order was ready the server mumbles unintelligle things when he places a bag on the counter. My 10 year old cousin tried to confirm if it was ours. She was ignored. I finally went to pick it up, I had to dig into the bag to know it was ours. Tip: just announce the number!! Smh. Ordering wasn't pleasant either but that is another story.
Very slow was there for over 20 mins placed my order and no one is even making an effort to even get to it
Horrible service every time. Always messing up my order. Me and my family have been coming here for years and every time you have to cross your fingers if you’re going to get the right thing you ordered. We’ve had enough with this store and the horrible staff. Cooperate needs to do something about the staff, the person in charge of this store and the district person.
Edit august 14 2024-look at the picture. Being hungry,we bought a wrap, since this was the closest and thought this isn't a drink that they can mess up. But this is what we got a fungus filled wrap, we went back and told the guy, he said I can't do nothing, talk to my manager, the manager will be here on Monday. We have never sued a store, so we don't know , we did try but don't know how. My wife got a stomach virus because of that single first bite( it was wrapped), we had to go to the doctor for that. Don't go there.
:Very bad products and service, bought matcha got as if it was just sweet water, avocado toast was old and hard as wood, hashbrown were half fried.
The store was very unclean.
The worst experience for me personally was the bad behavior of the staff. The guy was on call with the phone on his ear, making orders with one hand giving bad attitude, the lady was sitting ignoring us at all when I asked for some sanitizer please, they outright said no, which was just there.
Hard pass, do not go there.
Has this one particular employee that doesn't care, I ordered over 10 minutes on the mobile app and when I got there he didn't even start and telling me to wait while he was doing nothing.
Horrible service and the washroom was not in service.
It’s a big , busy store but shortage of staff. No matter how busy or slow the store is , they always take forever to make the order. I’m a boring person my order is very simple. Just a normal hot coffee. They take 20 mins just to make that. I tried ordering online ahead of time but they don’t even pay attention to mobile order. Every single time I come here I have to wait 20 mins just for one simple coffee even when there’s hardly any customers. Yall need to hire more and experienced people.

Rats running around front I had to wait 10 mins to place my order the lady legit told me to wait she wasn’t wearing a name tag but she did have tattoos horrible place horrible service this is 7am it should not take 10 mins for a paying customer to get coffee and I legit can’t believe she told me to wait then I asked if I could use the restroom and she told me to wait again and got frustrated
