Dunkin

Long lines to the point where I joined the queue twice but I was determined to get some Dunkin before my flight.

donut was dry. line was slow. no grilled cheese available

Crazy line always

DD had one of the shorter lines and didn’t like the other establishments available. I ordered 2 toasted bagel twists and one boston kreme. The bagel twist does NOT taste like one. I bit into the boston kreme and the kreme tasted sour. Nasty.

where’d they get their bagels? the bread museum?

After waiting on a long line, they don't have any egg sandwiches whatsoever. I will say they weren't listed on the menu but still, it's silly. Also, they don't process Dunkin donuts perks. Idk, I was just annoyed after the long line, not having a breakfast sandwiches and no app access.

Super stale donuts, at least a day old.

This is the slowest Dunkin I've ever seen in NYC in last few decades. Even with No hot sandwich serving at this place

We came in for coffee, donuts, and bagels. Helen waited on us, she is about the rudest person I have encountered here in NYC. My husband asked if she charged us for something and instead of saying yes it's here. She pointed out the pricing and said you can't see that or this here I'll charge you more hold on. Her snarky demeanor was unbecoming and we were nothing but polite. Unbelievable.
