They need to do better with following instructions! If I said toast my croissant lightly, why the hell would you burn my food???

I wish they would leave our neighborhood. We deserve so much better. I don't think anyone here has a food certificate. They'll be changing the trash, come to the register to take your order, and try to prep with the same gloves, when they're not touching their face or nose. There is NO consistency in coffee/ food prep. You can taste the mediocre effort put into the food prep. Sometimes the coffee is weak, as if there's a coffee bean shortage across the world. Sometimes you ask for flavor and it tastes like they just put syrup and are afraid to tell you they're out of flavor. Sometimes they're rude. The fact that they can have a non English speaking person take orders speaks volumes. Your order doesn't matter. They may or may not get it right. You'd best guarantee though, they'll get the money you owe correct. It's usually quiet, and a nice place to sit, but what's the point if you can't purchase anything worthwhile? The sister that was there, who was good at it, left because they kept hiring family and friends, cutting her hours, and wouldn't promote her. Vegetarian options: Maybe the hash browns. I don't know what they're cooked in though, and there's more than likely cross contamination. Dietary restrictions: If you have restrictions you'd be hard pressed to find nutrition here Parking: The parking lot is behind DD and the supermarket.

I visited this location 12/3/23 with my son and husband. They have really bad customer service. The guy ignored us and after we placed our order, he kept looking at us in a very racist way. I’ll not visit this location anymore.

Place is clean and service is good. Specially, when employees knows their customer and what will be they ordering in advance.Which justifies this place has lot of loyal customer.

Love their service. Food quality is also fresh. Nice area.
