This Dunkin workers speak too much and very loud.

Ordered a small drink, but was charged a large on purpose today.

Don’t come here if you want to be called an animal without reason . Extremely rude workers with 0 way of talking. The workers insult you in bengali thinking you don’t understand. They had a whole conversation laughing at me for no reason.

THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. THIS IS THE WAY THEY ARE IN THEIR PLACE OF ORIGIN AND THEY CARRY IT ONE TO AMERICA. VERY SHAM. THE WHOLE STAFF ARE FROM INDIA AND THEY DO NOT HIRE ANY AMERICAN. THEY ARE IN U.S.A MAKING $$$$$ AND DO NOT HIRE AMERICANS AT ALL, AT ALL!!! IF INDIA BOUGHT THE FRANCHISE, THEY SHOULD HIRE ALSO AMERICANS --NOT ONLY INDIANS-' BESIDES, MOST OF THEM DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO TO ATTEND AMERICANS. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!

I want to buy twist bagel in today morning but they give me yesterday left overs, it was too hard to eat and I know the experience of that bagel so that’s not good selling a left overs and I pay 49cent extra

Very friendly staff most days, and my order is usually ready when i order ahead. Double check your orders occasionally there are items missing.

This Dunkin is perfectly fine. They have everything you’d expect. Some coffee, some donuts. They don’t have a public restroom, but that’s kind of expected in New York. The coffee is about what you’d expect. It’s extremely sweet, and heavy on the milk. If that’s your thing, you’ll love it. It isn’t my favorite, but gets the job done.

Staff is nice but they're crazy expensive. $3 and change for a chocolate frosted donut.
