Dunkin'

This place was horrible. Didn't have sugar or cream, the guy who waited on us totally a waste.

They save the old iced coffee overnight and reuse it the next day which is just disgusting. The customer service is just about the worst you will get from anywhere. If you go to this dunkin, expect to wait atleast 15 minutes even for just 1 coffee, nobody acknowledges you, they seem annoyed by having to take your order. It's just over all a horrible experience

Dunkin is almost always the same but this was recently remodeled and the staff here is always courteous

Everything is never made the way you order it if you get a breakfast sandwich it's either under cooked or burnt they truly suck there everyone has attitude and will ignore you save your money this location needs to be shut down or retrained by someone from the dunkin by kohl's

I used to frequent this dd. But this is the third time I'm about a month that I came to this Dunkin when it was supposed to be open inside, after 7am, clearly serving people in the drive thru, for them to look at me through the glass and stare and ignore me, or shrug and tell me they aren't open. If y'all aren't ready, at least let me in..it's clearly 20 degrees. And I'm not in a car. Some of us have schedules to keep. The GM of this store is great, super nice guy. Please be open when you're supposed to be, please.

Worst coffee ever always taste burnt and you ask for little ice and get none not worth the money ever!!!
