Usually my experiences here are decent enough. It's a major coffee chain so you can't expect too much. However, as of late it's been bad. The food and drinks are still decent enough, however the employees at this location are extremely unprofessional, rude, and lifeless. They hardly even acknowledge your existence especially when going through the drive-thru. No "hellos," "thank yous," or "you're welcomes." They don't even make eye contact with you, even when you try to acknowledge them? Where is Dunkin' finding these soulless people?
As a loyal customer of 8 years to this location- go to Aroma Joe's, Starbucks, Sit&Stay, or any other small business if you want to be treated with respect by employees! Why haven't the owners addressed this ongoing issue with their employees? How do these people even get a job here working with the public? It's shocking! Bri and Miranda are two employees that are arguementive, RUDE, unprofessional. Bri is loud, obnoxious, goofs around, and simply doesn't do her job. Aside from maybe 3-4 employees, you won't get a hello, thank you, have a nice day, or bare minimum respect at this place! If THEY mess up your order, they'll give you attitude for having to fix it. My coffee is right about 50% of the time- if that, I pay $1 for extra mocha once/twice a day and half the time I don't get it, the machine is broke often, no decaf espresso beans way too often, no donuts, ect. You have trucks coming weekly, why are you short on beans? Makes no sense. Time to train your employees! They choose to work with the public, customers shouldn't have to deal with rude employees because they hate their job.
