Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever worker Shelley and Demarda was very rude when taking my order, she messed up my order which happens is okay but her conduct was very bad and inappropriate she also has poor customer service. Her manager jade was unavailable to speak to which is unfortunate but if you are going to hire people to work in retail that relies mainly on customer service make sure you hire people who have good customer skills. I was happy that I was able to get a refund of my money after having such a bad experience

My mother just got fully cussed out by an employee for absolutely no reason just for smililing at the girl and then says how she liked her nails and she says shut up, Shes a tallish woman. Some of the words she said “ fat ass” and etc I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here manager didnt even care
