Dunkin'

Jasmine the girl with the black hair and glasses very rude. I went up to order and she just looked at me and I said hello and she said are you gonna order or not and I said excuse me she was like are you going to order or not? What are you gonna order very rudely not sure if she had scorpions for breakfast or just having a bad day, but I did not appreciate that. my suggestion would be for her to get some customer service training or be a little bit more polite to the customers coming in :)

Customer service is good especially the lady with pink hair, but whoever is making the drinks needs to be fired or changed to a different position. My coffee now tastes watered down and my match is basically just milk! I’m just waiting for the new Dunkin to open up the street hopefully it’s better.

I have had more way more bad experiences at this Dunkin than good ones. Someone gave me a gift card so I decided to stop by again- BAD IDEA. MY CROISSANT IS BARELY WARM AND EXTREMELY MUSHY. Thanks for nothing Dunkin, I didn't realize I had to cook the food after I left the restaurant. Never again.

Llora americanos que trabajan ahí dan mal servicio tienen serrado el lobby y pase por ventanilla por mi café y solo por no tener mi carro ella no me quiso vender yo trabajo al lado de ella talvez a dos metros de distancia y ella me exigió q fuera por mi carro y pasara en carro yo le dije trabajo ahí al lado, ella me dijo q no le importaba y no me venderia, creo q es la única americana blanca q trabaja ahí es racista

Asked for a remade coffee 3 times, worker did not understand me and kept messing it up. They forgot all of my food until I went in and asked for it, toasted my bagel until it burned, forgot my hash browns, and used the wrong cheese all in one order.

Got a blister on my lip from molten hot cream cheese in the bagel minis. Glass from broken bottle has been in the drivethru for a whole week. I eventually brought a broom and swept it up myself.

Take it from me and don’t visit this establishment. Food is terrible, service is the worst I’ve ever encountered and very slow. The manager is not a leader and very bad at communicating. I’m 2mins away but I’ll never visit again

Terrible service but I said I’ll put up with it to find out that the donuts were dry & awful !! Never going back there again …….
