May customer service could be better…..

Don't waste your time here.. they don't care about pickups or the time they promise when paying for your pickup order! The emploees even admitted that "its corporate"... so, corporate does not care about all customers... my pick up will wait and wait and wait for more people to walk in or drive up and get their orders before mine which was ordered ahead of time! Ok...got it they just don't want the business!

never seen a store work so slow before in my life. came to pick up a doordash order, took me a while to get to the store, and it still took them 20 minutes to make after the fact. They seem to only care about the drive thru here so if youre gonna come here just do that

Sandwiches never hot. Plan to take it home and reheat. It’s ridiculous. The coffee has been weak lately. I miss the East Coast Dunkins.

Such terrible service. Every other time I order, they never have the donuts I want. The real problem is the service when that issue comes up. I just get told, "oh we don't have them" So now I have to play the guessing game of what donuts are available. I never get offered other selections. I never want to buy Dunkin' ever again!
