Service was good, but talk about day old donuts, so stale.

I ordered 2 dozens of donuts. While they were gathering my orders, they did some other things. I was just standing in front of the cash register and waiting... waiting... I do not suggest this place.

Donuts could be better. Coffee is great.

Excellent customer service and clean facility

The donuts are good, the workers are great hence the service but the manager is the reason the rating is low. She is not fit to manage. Attitude towards the other employees made me uncomfortable where I did not see the reason for that kind of interaction.

I believe my drive-thru servers’ name was Mary Youwaki, and I was very pleased and impressed by her patience and willingness to help me with my order! I was not sure if I had enough money to get what I wanted, so I asked if I could take an item off and add a different one. And when she took off that item in order for me to be within my budget, she then gave me 2 donuts for free afterwards… and with a bright smile the entire time! Thankful for her!
