worst service with store as a customer i went to buy hot latte in drive through. i was reach in speaker like 8.45pm and i was waiting for someone take my order. but no response from crew member. even i was called guys anyone take my order . are you open . they don’t answer at all . then i reach to windows 8.55pm no one want take my order. then one crew member came and she open window. and went to inside to inform someone. but next person didn’t want take my order. crew was told many time . one car at window. but she don’t want pay attention. or take my order . afterwords crew take my order she made my drink ( latte ) and she cash out . in these whole time one crew had headset. want i am thinking they do like that with every customer. i saw they look like that . why i went to that store for buy hot latte . if anyone read my this review. please give proper training to your cree or what ever. what ever i am seeing this is not crew members falt . that is poor Management and poor customer service. worst service in my life with this dunkin store .
Stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever. There were at least 4 employees working and I was the only person in the store.
I'm from PA move new trucks for a living..Stopped there Thurs night around 7pm..Well before closing..And what horrible service..Will avoid this one next time up and down 95... This is a problem with a lot of dd now and other businesses too..Owners must be trash to because they do nothing to fix it.Yeah, that's right you read..You Employee's are trash and so are you owner..
Sesame bagels were not really toasted and were stale... out of hot chocolate on a Wednesday morning. At least the coffee was hot.
