I don’t like doing this at all but I want to explain why I gave one star. This is the city that never sleeps for a reason. For example, a large portion of our working class works nights. I came here 5 minutes before closing and for my whole life before the pandemic, every establishment closed on the dot of the posted hours. The employee here locked the door in my face as I grabbed the handle to open it. I wanted a donut, which they are just going to throw out anyway. This is Dunkin, where people grab quick coffee before work on night shifts. I find this behavior common outside of NYC but unacceptable for our city. An establishment should close at its posted time here. 5 minutes is ample time to scan my app, pay quickly, and hand me a donut before a late night shift. I condemn this behavior.
Coffee was really good, the Establishment is really spacious and nice ambience, that been said the staff don't seem to mind having a whole bunch of people waiting in line, i have to say the service is a little on the slow side but other than that, not too bad at all.
I've been to over 100 DDs. This was the largest I've ever been to---close to double the size of the average one. NO RESTROOM.
Also, service was slow.
This location makes the best mocha cappuccino blast. I've been to quite a few Dunkin Donuts and I can honestly say they make it the best. I live a bit far but it's worth the trip. Staff is friendly and eager to service with a smile.
The lady serving the ice cream was really nasty with 0 customer service. I ordered on the app and even though it was time for my order, I had to watch her help 5 other people who came after me. What doesn't help is that she has a natural troll looking face, justifying the service she gave.. terrible location
The food wasn't fresh at all. They served leftover bagels from the previous day that hadn't been sold, and the hash browns were also not fresh. It makes you question the quality of the food they serve.
How is possible that a big place don't have an open bathroom for costumer my grandson has to pee out side because that was told even do covi-19 is gone and bathrooms are included on the stores do get a tax deduction if I'm not wrong when are opened for the public IRs should take a checkup on this taxes matters

How hard is it to get a simple order and I mean that's every Dunkin Donuts its like they hire people of an iq of 60 or below
