Dunkin'

Go to skibo location or any other location than this one! (In the morning anyway) they’ll mess your drink up then When u go inside to get it fixed they get mad in the back start yelling and using the most foul language I counted the F word 3 times!! Never saw her face but she’s making the drink and speaking on spitting in the drink why would I want it anymore! Never using this location again!

Horrible location. If the drinks aren’t made right, then they supplement it with rude customer service. The little boy with the afro is the absolute worst!!! I visited a few other times over the last 6 months and the last time I came the manager with the super long ponytail and the cashier with all the tattoos made my day and my order amazing. I don’t know what happened but ever since I stopped seeing either one of them the location has gone WAY below satisfactory. I like to observe and have encountered workers on their phone, using profanity, and with 2 experiences I encountered an employee that took my order, made my order, and handed it out to me because as I was told “most of the crew just sits and hangs out all day with the manager of the store. I gladly tipped her $50 because she went above and beyond and seemed to be the only one working. I would suggest finding another location to better suit your needs, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, you’ve been warned.

This morning I had the lady make an order for me and had her made me a frozen coffee. Not what I asked, and I let her know. She goes to the back and the lady in the back says What's does it matter. I think it's rude to say things out loud where you could be heard. I had came before and the gentleman had took my order and I gave him a tip, he was very respectful and helpful. But I will never come there again. Hot Chocolate frozen coffee it's different taste from Moca shots. I didn't get an attitude but I believe that people that can't deal with respects towards customers regardless if the order was wrong. A simple mistake instead getting a bad review. Bragg Blvd Dunkin is more about their customers.

Not serving food at the moment. Ice coffee was great!

Had a mobile order, didn’t have orange juice and didn’t have the flavor I wanted. Paid for a large and medium beverage and both came out as medium. At that point I wasn’t even going to try to have them fix it after sitting at the window for almost 10 mins for an order that should’ve already been ready.

Every time I go there food is always right customers are always nice and friendly and they move quick

Donuts have NOT been fresh the 2 times I went there. I went back the 2nd time to give them another chance. (Bad Idea). They should be ashamed. I have been to the one on Skibo and Raeford Rd and theirs have been fresh each time. I hate this is the closest location me but never again. #NoMoreStaleDougnuts
