Best one in town. Reaford rd. Don't use the one on Bragg Blvd. They don't even know what a "on the go order is" last time I was there, I used my Ducan app to order ahead and add a Xlassic Donut. Told me at the window that duncan does sell those. Lol

Exactly like every other one. Not bad.

This use to be my go to Dunkin. However it's no longer a stop for me. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes out of the way. They are ALWAYS out of everything. Straws, Donuts, RECEIPT PAPER. Bathrooms always closed, oven broken, it's always something. 89 Cleanliness rating and the lobby is ALWAYS CLOSED. I'd avoid this location. Its like they are afraid to order any items to make actual products they sell. If you stop here, Goodluck!

Please train the employees to add in the correct ingredients. Two times in a row they’ve added vanilla bean into my coffee instead of CARAMEL and I am allergic! This isn’t funny anymore and I’m sick of having to play Simon says. Next time this happens I am calling corporate because you guys are messing with peoples allergies just because you’re not putting in the right things Edit 8 months later: this Dunkin’s has been doing okay. I stopped getting their coffees, because they couldn’t get the ingredients right despite it being their jobs, and changed to matchas. WHY DO YOU PUT COFFEE INTO A MATCHA LATTE. LATTE DOESNT MEAN ADD COFFEE, LATTE MEANS MILK!!!! I cannot drink the coffee anymore! So why add it in?! You guys are down right horrible if I can rate this place zero stars and get it shut down I would.

Every time I go to this particular Franchise whether in person or ordering in Uber there is always a problem with the order. Today I ordered through UberEats they gave my driver a Grub Hub order that was completely incorrect. When I called to let them know after of course going through UBER. The rude clerk says “what you want me to do about it…mistakes happen!” I said I was just informing you that you guys are giving the wrong orders to the drivers and should Label the outside of bags to avoid this.

I went to this store 3/24/24 at 10:30am to pick up coffee and donuts and the lady talking on the microphone in the drive through that says she is a Manager and name is "T" a heavy set girl with glasses. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her what part of the order they could not complete, and that is when she got rude and snappy. "Told me that maybe I should learn to speak correctly" She said the store manager name is Bailey Woods. "T" didn't have one care in the world about me wanting to contact the store manager, so I will also be writing an email to their corporate office. This is really one of the worst locations I have been to.

My 3rd visit here. I’m not a DD fan but downloaded the app with the promos. Last week the iced coffee was very strong & the churro donuts were hard. Today the iced coffee tasted like watery espresso. The location on Skibo is better even if you have to Wait or Drive a little further! The darker photo is from the Skibo Location (yesterday)while the lighter one is from Raeford RD(today). You know coffee isn’t good if U don’t want to drink it or have to re- fix it @ home.

Went through the drive through. Only car in line and it took 5 minutes to get my drink. 3 people working inside and one of which was on her phone in the corner. Girl at the window was totally asleep at the wheel. Plus they never gave me my donut, finally just left. When I sipped my drink it was missing the extra shot I paid for. Get it together.

Food was good, the place is an old converted gas station, but the service is very unorganized and inefficient
