Can you at least make the drink look like the picture?! What’s the use of adding flavor when you can see it? I asked for berry burst, not a light skinned sparkd

Wow…. So I go in and order because the drive through line is looking crazy. Walk in and the girl at the register rolls her eyes as I walk up and walks to the back. 2min later a male employee comes and takes my order which I get pretty quickly and I leave. I get it your job in fast food sucks I don’t expect over the top enthusiasm walking in, but what I do expect after dropping $14 on 2 empanadas and a coffee is for my FOOD TO NOT BE FROZEN STILL!!!

Was going to get some Ice cream but the young lady totally ignored me so I will not be back.

Went at 8pm on a Friday and they were out of doughnuts. What?!?!

Customer service is terrible. I have been served cold and old coffee when asked for hot coffee. The instructions we give for food are definitely not followed. Moreover, the lady on drive through is very rude. She refused to give ketchup with my sandwich.

Customer service always sucks, it's like the atmosphere there is horrible. It's rare to find a perky employee there and the drive thru is kind of weird when there's a long line. It wasn't well thought out.

I’ve ordered from DoorDash twice for an everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese. This store sent the wrong item. TWICE!! Who does that? Comprehension has to be a requirement for employment I would think.

Walked inside and waited 10 minutes for them to make my 2 cups of black coffee -ridiculous.

This Dunkin in particular has the friendliest staff ever!! It doesn’t even matter the shift. They are all on one accord. A++
