Great ice coffee

Asked if they had nitro coffee and they said they did. What I got was a cold brew without any ice will not be back.

This is my first experience at dunkin' or any coffee shop I didn't know how or what to order and sorry to say this. I couldn't understand what they were recommending. Fine experience but also disappointing

Due to just opening, will try again. Still struggling on coffee order.

The servers need hair nets. Their hair brushes up on the food at drive thru

I ordered a simple Iced vanilla latte, the sticker on the cup even said vanilla, took a big drink and it’s caramel. Was so disappointed since I do not like caramel.
