I absolutely LOVE this place! They're very patient when I have a large drive through order and always double check to make sure everything is correct on my order. My favorite place to get coffee. I love lattes and they always make them perfectly. I've never had anything but the grilled cheese here but they're always toasted perfectly, awesome amount of cheese and I really enjoy the fact that the toasted bread isn't greasy on the outside. It's the only place I'll buy my grilled cheese from.
I used to go for my coffee here at least 3 time per week btw $8 dollars drink. It seems like the franchise have a new owner and workers, i order my pickup "less ice" every time, and my cup had 3/4 of ice, so respectfully i asked the employee to fix it which he did but not without letting me know his opinion about what he considered "less ice", he went to the back and literally pulled the ice of my cup and gave me a drink that wasn't even full any more, he handled this drink that was missing a ton of coffe scramble and mix (gross looking with weep cream all over). I asked him why i was missing so much product and he and the coworker lady started to give me a peace of their mind and passive-aggressive "educating me" about a drink that I've been ordering for months before the "new owner" giving a buch of excuses about the new owner and how they were gonna extra charge me if i wanted my coffee full and trying to tell me that if they fill my cup it wasn't gonna taste right becuse the new owner told them so. After they both let me have it just for asking 1 question he offered to remake the drink, close the window and they both started talking laud their own language while they both were giving unfriendly looks, it really make me fill uncomfortable and unwelcome. Then he finally gave me my drink and again my new drink wasn't full.... less ice but not quite full. I've worked in customer service for years so I've beenb on the other side dealing with mean people, and i would never fell entitled to being rude with anyone that is offering a service. Clearly the new owner is trying to save money on food cost by selling me a cup of ice for $8, also on the side of the cup has marks to show the amount of ice (ez ice/regular) with little cubes of ice pictured and the worker have the audacity to tell me that those cubes of ice with lines pictured in the cup are the measurements for the milk?
Ever since the new owners have taken over this location everything has gone downhill. I just placed an order through the mobile app and my hash browns were burnt!! My omelette bites looked like they got taken out just in time before they started to burn and any time I go get coffee anymore it's a hit or miss. The staff is not friendly at all except for a couple of girls. I'm very disappointed this was my go to coffee place but not anymore. :-(
I did a mobile order, which was smooth and easy to use. Simple process too when I got to the drive thru speaker. However, my donuts seemed like they were day old donuts, a little dried out. The lady that took care of me once I got up to the window didn't even say anything except to ask if my order was for me. I get it was roughly 7 in the morning, but working in the service industry you still need to be able to greet your customers and thank them. The new energy refresher they have with the mixed berry wasn't bad wish it would have had a tad more mixed berry flavoring in it, but it wasn't too bad. I would love to try the peach to compare that to this one. Otherwise, my hot coffee was hot and mobile process was easy.

Made my drinks wrong, I ordered food and didn’t receive it either. Then the person wouldn’t give me my receipt to see what she charged me for. They didn’t fill any of the 3 coffees up properly and put a broken lid on my coffee so when I attempted to take. drink it poured all of my car and my things
Kid-friendliness: Not much for kids while waiting for service.
