Dunkin'

Nice service and good food.

Have been having a great time at this location lately. The service before wasn’t something of greatness but rather rushed and disappointing. However, with the help of someone named Sweety I have been getting my orders right.

So I always be buying in dunkin’ Donuts with my coworker and I never had an issue but today I went with my husband and I find it so disgusting how they was preparing his food on the counter, with no cover or paper underneath his food and then the girl just wrap it up and put it inside the bag knowing we just saw all that. I feel like that very on sanitize because it don’t matter if you are just wearing gloves when it come to food it should at least put a cover or some type of paper underneath when you preparing it so it won’t contaminate the food.

Good place to go to for coffee and donuts after or before going to the Doctor appointment Parking: It's at a gas station ⛽ they also have a drive -THUR

A girl name Soona works extremely fast amazing work and makes my coffee every evening Love this place

Ordered ahead on the app i got my coffee and never received my sandwich then after 30 mimutes never got amything just a horrible experience at this location never again

Recent: 1/11/2024 Wendy deserves a raise! Definition of Customer Service - she's great. 6/3/2023 Review Wait time is expected at this Dunkin’ as it’s the only one in the area. Usually the staff is okay but today I had a great experience. The two girls working the register today (6/3) at about 8:50/9am were so nice & helpful! Not only to me, but to the other customers as well!

This location needs to be retrain with customers services, food safety training. The lady who took my order was working on the register , touching money, cards and also making my breakfast sandwich. When I asked her if she changed her glove her reply was “don’t worry about it” immediately asked for a refund as I kept watching her finish preparing my sandwich and taking drive through orders. She then replied with you want a donut? Of course I said no, she after said well I can’t give you a refund. I asked why and she said “I already did two other refunds, and can’t do another one”. Particularly refusing to give me a refund. As she saw that I wasn’t leaving she went back to the registry took money out and gave it to me. It’s upsetting as this Dunkin is right across from my work place and due to this very disturbing encounter I have to drive further to get coffee.
