This location is not always the best for dine in, due to location. It opens early and the staff are great!

Iced coffee tastes disgusting here. Like it's burnt and really old.

Always consistent, but ordering from the mobile app still has a long turn time.

4 out of 10 as this place is the olny Dunkin in Oklahoma City with higher and different pricing , Also the wait time is extremely long to only have the coffee taste different as they don’t follow the same Dunking process , Plus since this location opened they are lacking help : Why so Different?

The woman working the drive thru was very rude and impatient over the speaker and then when I got to the window she didn't say a word to me. There was also a younger guy working and he was rude as well. He started handing out drinks without saying anything and I asked "which drink is this?" About the first one he handed me. Without saying anything, he turned the cup so that the sticker was facing me. He then handed me the rest of my drinks and closed the window, once again without saying a word. Not even bye?

I walked in this morning and it smelled so bad I wanted to turn around and leave. If it were not for me picking up breakfast for my boss. It smelled like old mats and coffee. And if that wasn’t bad enough..someone coughed this disgusting hack.
