DUNKIN' DT - Southwell Road

Nothing special to me tbh. Doughnuts are overly sweet and don't taste as I would expect, but kids like it. Not many vegan choices. For the service people you are just a number, there is no person-person interaction really. Place is clean

We have friends that live in the area so always stop here on our way home as we don't have one local to us the place has always been spotlessly clean trays have always been stocked and no matter what member of staff may be working have always been polite warm and welcoming

Absolutely lovely staff made welcome drink was amazing

There were 6 donuts left after what we were told was a busy day. We then stood waiting to be served and the assistant walked away. Next thing the drive thru assistant walks over and takes all 6 donuts that we were waiting for. If the first assistant had actually served us and did not walk away we would have had the donuts we waited for. When the assistant took the last 6 donuts and saw that my wife and I were not happy she laughed at us. Really not impressed with this Dunkin. Every other we have visited has been well stocked with staff that do not mock their customers.

Older guy making drinks needs to speak coherently when calling out the drinks. He shouted ours far too quickly that none of us understood what he said then looked disgusted when I asked him to confirm as we didn't understand what he said. Visited 16th March 13:10
