Inside lobby is never open at advertised hours, and workers are nice but rather slow
The food is exactly what you expect from Dunkin - it's good for being a fast food donut and coffee shop. This is definitely more of a drive thru establishment - going inside to buy your food doesn't necessarily save time.
My wife pre-ordered two dozen donuts. All specially picked to make my daughter’s donut day special. We walked in at the scheduled pickup time to find the order wasn’t ready! Told the worker and they said they never received the order. My wife shows her the paid receipt. This was met with “you must have ordered from the wrong store”. We made the worker look at the order again just to show her the address is actually correct. Then she disappears for 5 min and brings back yesterday’s random bottom shelf donuts (all the ones NOBODY wants or eats). This was met with an explosion of anger. How does this place not see when the customer is right? Their customer service does not exemplify the Dunkin brand. These guys need a lesson on how to run this business. Needless to say, after 20 min we finally got our order. This will be our last visit to this Dunkin.
