Dunkin'

Every single time I've come here in the past few months they've gotten my order wrong. Staff is also not trained on how to make new drinks that are available for order. Last time they burnt my food beyond recognition and this time an entire item was missing. Done coming here after many chances to do better.

Been to this location a few times since moving to the area and have not had a bad experience once. The people working the drive thru have been always been nice seriously one of my favorite Dunkin’s

food is always thrown together with no care and so messy and staff is beyond rude

I really hope this place would have gotten better with the remodel but it seems to have gotten worse. Very rude people that work there and very poor customer service. Although this location is very convenient for me, I go to the one on Plainfield Pike instead.

Rude people don't go to this one
