Frequently understaffed during busy hours and you can’t anticipate the quality of your drink until you get it. It’s like a roulette. Sometimes they get it right but often they don’t. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar and they barely added any sugar and it tasted like it’s half water. You can’t anticipate that your drink will be made properly.
Poor quality service. Asked for my drink to have less ice and the clerk responded then just didn't do anything. Atmosphere is horrible, you would think this place was in the ghetto not one of the richest areas in the world. Food is just alright, clerks don't know the recipes to basic drinks. Not worth for the price, go to another Dunkin that cares.
The people who work there are chill. I always order my Dunkin donuts here.
This is my local Dunkin. I want this to be "my store" but over the past 2 years they have struggled so much. They will get some new and great people and then they disappear. This morning was the straw that broke the camels back. They had no espresso drinks, the register was not working well and my iced coffee with cream was made wrong with way too much cream. I can attest to the other reviews as well regarding poor service, locked doors, and poor quality. I keep giving them a chance but I think I am finally done.
Just drive the extra 10 minutes to another Dunkin'. This is, hands down, the worst Dunkin' in the area. Avoid it at all costs. Every time I'm in the area, I think, 'Let's give them another chance... maybe they've improved things.' WRONG. Each time is worse than the previous one. The workers' attitude is bad, as if they make you feel like you're begging for a free coffee. We ordered something with oat milk, which they didn't have, so they used almond milk. They put so much almond milk in my hot coffee that it ended up being cold. We also got an iced coffee, and that was bad too. I hope this Dunkin' improves, but in the meantime, I'll just drive the extra 10 minutes to the next Dunkin
bruh why was it closed today around 2pm
