Very slow service if you use the app, waited in store 40 minutes even though I put in an order 10 minutes before

Lack of speed from this location has happened on a couple of occasions. Ham sandwich and tuna bowl took over 1.5 hours to get delivered. The worse part is the delivery time was set at 21 to 26 minutes when we placed the order. Such a great location that has no idea how to meet demand.

I tried jersey mikes for the first time, i was not disappointed, great subs. At first i thought 18 dollars was expensive for a12 inch, but it is a big sub and very high quality ingredients, great staff too.

Love Jersey Mikes! So glad this location opened up as it’s closer to where I am in Columbia. I’m a creature of habit so I get the turkey and provolone mikes way every time. My mom decided to try something new this visit and get the chicken cheesesteak. Her only wish was for more chicken especially considering the price.

They have the best chicken chipotle I’ve ever had in my entire life and there customer service is excellent 100% recommend for anyone

Employees nice, fast, and make it right. Kept the area clean and is a nice spot to sit if you need to.

Been to this location twice and they seriously are understaffed and not trained very well. Both times I ordered my subs online and got into the store and my order hadn't even been started cause they just pulled it off the printer. They don't even look behind them to see an order has come in. Are just making people's orders and not one person making online orders. I'm so irritated

Horrible!!! Do not go!!!! The only time my order was good was the grand opening, when the owner was there. Since then, it has been horrible!!!! They have gotten my order wrong at least 4 times, one time I got home, it was wrong and I had to go back! The store is a total mess, gloves all over the floor, food all over the counters. Please do not go!! I will not go back. I tried to give them chance after chance to improve but they never do. Horrible service!!!!!

I paid 18 dollars for a giant chicken bacon ranch sandwich and very clearly asked the employees to put extra lettuce and onions on the sandwich. However to my dismay, upon my arrival home I opened my sandwich to see none of those things there. Even the bread wasn't toasted. My blood is boiling.

The sandwich took a little longer than online estimated but no bigggie to me. They were nice and offered me a drink for the troubles. Sandwich was great when I got back to work so still 5/5 for me! I’ll still go back.

Honestly one of the best Jersey Mike’s I been too! Clean, fast service, and sandwiches are fresh and made very well. Also shout out to Dominic for being so accommodating, we seen him twice already and he’s very good.
