We received excellent customer service 👌 The chicken wrap was good 👍

Fly infested...food uncovered...slow indifferent service....walked in and out!

Went on my break, ordered my usual drink and a pumpkin 🎃 muffin. Don't waste yur money, it was dry and crumbled in pieces when I picked it up. (Not the employees fault here, but just saying) The servers at the window/counter are excellent and very nice here and try hard to please the customer.

I order from Dunkin a lot. My favorite is the caramel crazied latte .

The young lady that took my order customer service was amazing.

Please put more matcha in the MATCHA tea?? It hardly tastes like it.

usually have to pull around in the tiny drive thru if you get more than one item. check your bag before you leave I've definitely driven off missing a hash brown or something. drive thru takes priority over in store transactions. nothing bad to say, just a regular mids Dunkin experience overall, exactly what I expect.

long story short I took a break went to grab a coffee from this location I thought it was just me when I could barely hold my coffee as it was being passed to me! I had to wait an hour before I was able to take one sip of coffee. I get Dunkin ALL THE TIME just not at this location anytime I have been at this location maybe once or twice in the past and They seem to always be out of something or prices change even when I get the same thing idk how anywho Bottom line CHECK the temperature of your coffee Had I drank that coffee without thinking that would have definitely been a lawsuit against your establishment because I would have gotten burned for sure, just a little dripped onto my finger as I was carrying my cup into the building and that hurt like hell , I couldn’t imagine if I would have just drank my coffee per usual Eeeekkk!!! and to be quite honest, the young man that passed me the coffee, he knew that cup was even too hot for him while handing it out the window

I came in this morning to order donuts for my grandchildren. I was told by the manager I couldn’t get 1 dozen of a specific item. He was loud and rude and embarrassed me in front of several other customers. I will never go back!

I work night shift and every time I stop in to get a latte before work even though it is a half hour before closing they tell me they can't make a latte because they are already cleaning the machine. 😕

This dunkin location is pretty darn busy in the mornings, and staff seems like they struggle to keep up. I almost always order a bacon topped avocado toast and the quality greatly varies. One time has this location given me a bacon avocado toast that meets the standards all Dunkins should have. Usually they are very very skimpy with the bacon and the seasoning.
