There is zero reason why, for two days in a row, I put in an online order drive ten minutes to the shop, and have to wait another 15 minutes for a drink while.i watch the drive through get theirs in under two. No reason.
Mobile order took more than 30min. It was two simple drinks (just two black coffees)
Far too busy and no space for drive-thru line to form. We were there for only a few minutes, witnessed several near-misses and one collision before deciding this was not a safe place for traffic.
Edit: it has been much better!
Normally I have a great experience here, but today was not one of those days. I had to turn around two different times because my coffee was wrong, came back the third time to hopefully get it corrected and they put all of the missing caramel from my first two drinks into my third one. I try to tip every time I come to this location because I know how hard they work, but this was just ridiculous.
Love this dunkin. Staff works really hard and they do a good job. As hectic as it gets, but still nice staff.
Drive Thru and parking are always a mess. I usually park over in the shopping center lot and walk up to the store. I use the app and my food is usually sitting waiting for me.
This place can rarely get anything right it seems. My iced lattes even after being remade get thrown right in the trash 6/10 times because they’re gross and bitter. Today I went to get my kids doughnuts and they literally gave us doughnuts upside down with the chocolate on the bottom of the bag. Like come on…
I get the same coffee every morning and every single day they try to hand me my coffee without cold foam. I have to send it back and ask for it. Well today my boyfriend picked a coffee up for me and it doesn’t have cold foam. I don’t know how you get it wrong every time. Get it together.
