If your in rush and need to get something quick in the morning, don’t even bother they usually have one person at the counter doing everything, and she really doesn’t care🤷🏾‍♂️

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER !!! 10 MINS IN LINE 10 MINS FOR FOOD

Worst service ever, there were 3 people in the area, 2 of the server girls litteraly just left leaving 1 girl at the counter, made my order and the girl waited a good 7 minutes before making my order. an when I asked why did it take so long even when the place was empty, she was rude about it saying it wasn't important. This dunkin needs better people. Atp just fire all 3 girls.

3.69 everything bagel minis with medium coffee? 6.49 combo of M Latte and bagel minis - Its 2$ everywhere. Rip off.And you have the audacity to argue that its 3.69 ??? You think ppl are dumb? Check begore you order guyzzzz.

Employee using same glove collected trash to serve customer, and hot coffee cup doesn’t even have Sleeves to provide customer to hold hot cup coffee and when you ask them they tell you use napkins for that , the worst Donkin service ever

Needs more customer service training

The cashier was face timing on her phone. Little strange while ordering.

The two young ladies working today were extremely polite, courteous and got our order perfect. They helped me with the Dunkin app and they were friendly the entire time. Store was clean, coffee tasted great!

Very bad customer service not know how to deal with offers in dunkin app so I wonder why dunkin did offers and customer can't use it
