I ordered an ice coffee from door dash and Dunkin forgot my straw. This is the third time this happened. The food is greasy and the worst food you can buy (I don't recommend the eggs. The donuts and hash browns are decent though).
The lady on the drive-through every morning Rude. they all nasty don't know how to respect the customers.

Drive thru customers get the attention, while wait. Your associates are not cordial, which is the case in most establishments.

Was denied free coffee on National Teachers Day because I didn’t have ID (which wasnt required per DD). They were rude, offensive indignant and made me feel like I was begging for a free coffee. I order my coffee daily from them. When I presented the policy to them- no apology- even more indignant! Need a good cultural sensitivity course and a customer service refresher!
I asked for ice tea with no ice. They charged me an extra dollar because of that. I returned the ice tea immediately and asked for a refund. He gave me a hard time. Refunded the ice tea but did not refund me the $1 extra. I said that’s not the right amount on my refund. He then handed me a dirty $1 in cash. It is still not right coz I was charge sales TAX on that $1.00. He told me to get out because he said I am blocking the drive thru . They are very rude and dishonest. They do no speak English well to effectively communicate well with customers. Go else where!
