The staff at this Dunkin are so nice - always smiling when I walk in. If I walk up to the counter and staff are by the drive up window, someone always acknowledges me right away and says "I'll be right there" and then they are! I recently pre-ordered two boxes of joe to take to a party. When I walked in to pick up, they had things all ready for me in bags - cups, sweeteners, creamers and were literally pouring the fresh coffee. Everyone was so pleasant. Thank you for a great customer experience!

I was over charged for 3 shots of espresso. I showed previous receipts but I was still upcharged
