My toast was way too hard.

There's nothing quite like going through the drive through, the person is very friendly and upbeat. But as soon as they actually see your face they completely change their attitude and give you a weird death-glare. As far as I can tell she was just rude to be in the tail-end because of how I look? Coffee and food was good though. :)

I got assorted box and asked for more of one kind if they had extra, the staff is more than friendly and made my daughter’s day with 2 pink donuts. Thanks gemini.

I have never had a bad experience here and always leave happy, but right now I just want to say who ever is working right now (4/8 4:30pm) and greeted me when I walked in has the warmest smile and such a nice energy and my whole 5 second interaction made me so happy. Not sure his name though:( I got a strawberry sprinkle donut (delicious) and amazing service (per usual).I hope to see him again. There is also this girl there that I also don’t know the name of who is more mellow but she is so sweet too and I have seen her a few times. I really wish I knew their names. I’ll come back to this review if I find out and update this. Update: Sky? Or Shy? Something like that

Christy had a major attitude taking our order. Her tone of voice sounded as if she hates her job. I asked for a frozen coffee with cream and she says “but it’s made with milk!”. And??? I don’t want milk, I want cream. And when we asked her to make a frozen matcha drink she said she couldn’t do it. Then when we got to the window, we asked her employee (Sally) why they can’t make the matcha frozen like on the menu and Christy YELLED and said “I SAID NO IM NOT DOING IT!” She was so rude, unprofessional and tacky not just to me but also her fellow workers. I couldn’t believe she screamed at Sally like that. She needs to be fired because this isn’t the job for her. I attached a picture of Christy (circled) in the background. Sally is the only reason I didnt ask for a refund.

This place and people that work there are always nice, I always go get avocado toast so good before work.
