The guy running the drive thru was way more interested in up selling stuff then actually taking my order, he punched a coffee in wrong and kept interrupting me instead of letting me finish ordering.

I echo the many negative reviews here about the professionalism and customer service of this Dunkin location. After I went to the trouble of completing their visit feedback survey, on my next visit, the store was sold out of my preferred donut (which should be a staple), and even though the employee scanned my promotional QR code for completing the survey, he still charged me the full amount -- which I didn't realize until I returned home and checked my credit card statement, because he never offered me a receipt. I sent Dunkin corporate HQ a message to complain, and while they initially responded to say they had asked the store manager to reach out and to contact them again if I didn't hear back in 2 days, neither the store manager nor the corporate customer service team ever responded to me again. It's now been 2 weeks. I'm highly disappointed in how I was treated as a customer both by the store team and by the corporate team.

Horrible Dunking Doughnuts. I’ve been five times in the last two weeks and every single time they told me they were sold out of strawberry sprinkled doughnuts, I asked the manager how can that be and his answer was that he only has enough of a budget to order one dozen every day. You would think if you’re selling out every single day of a certain product that you would order less of something and more of the product you sell out of, very frustrating. I’ll just stick going to Bosa. I hope someone higher up sees this review and addresses it.

After reading back my order at the window, I let them know that they missed one doughnut. They add the doughnut to the total and then promptly forget to put the donut in the bag. I get home and I realized I’m one kid’s donut short. made multiple calls to the location and they have no Intention to pick up the phone. Can’t even get a rain check They also didn’t bother to give me a receipt. How annoying. Location is not extremely busy and there’s no reason not to pick up the phone and let it ring for 15 minutes.

This is honestly the worst dunkin I've ever been to. Every time I come here my order is completely wrong or something is missing and when I tell the kid at the window, he says he can't do anything about it and I have to go back around and order again. The girls at night always have attitude for no reason whatsoever. Avoid this location at all costs.

I’ve just heard this afternoon that this New Drive thru Duncan which I’ve been going since it opened, and it had the greatest manager ever, and this past Mon 6/16/24, she left. Her district manager wanted more hours, but no monies, no incentive, so she left. The staff who are wonderful, and my heart breaks for them. I use to attend Duncan on Kylie and chandler blvd, they went thru managers like hot cakes. Total disconnect with their district manager. I started with Duncan at Dobson and Chandler in 2018, and again same district manager and a rotating door with their managers. I have been going to Duncan Donuts from my work days to now my retirement days and my wife reminded me this past year 2023 I spent over $3,000, but today I am done. This disconnect from corporate to local district managers toward their team is totally unacceptable, so finally I am done. I will be going instead to Press Coffee, and I can drink their coffee Black, unlike Duncan’s. 7yrs gone. Can you imagine how much I given Duncan in those years??😔😔😔

I pulled up happy there was no line. I ordered 1 sandwich, 2 lattes and 2 frozen drinks and 6 donuts. I am handed the donuts and sandwich and asked to pull around. I stated that there was no one else in line and they commented how they care about the computer numbers. So lying to the computer is apparently more important than customer service to this place. I pulled up around the corner and then the manager came to tell me to pull into the handicap space. 1 other car pulled behind me as well. That car got whatever they were waiting for and 4 other cars came and went in the 12 minutes I waited outside. They finally bring my drinks and again I stated it doesn't do any good to lie to the computer as it doesn't help customer service and then the manager starts giving me attitude and saying she will call the owner herself. They also gave me 2 sausage sandwiches when I ordered one bacon. If they are trained this way the owner is as bad as the workers. I have 2 other Dunkin options nearby and have no need to return to this one. I suggest for others in the area choose a different option as well. Hope their computer times help them more than all these bad reviews here. Horrible service and attitudes.

Friendly and fast service!

Arrived at 8:04 this morning. Drive thru line had 8 cars and window had 1 person waiting....so I decided to go to the window thinking it would be quick....LOL At first I thought there was 1 person working so I patiently waited. As I finally got my opportunity to step up to the window, I realized at least 5 people were working inside. I ordered 1 glazed donut. I was told they didn't have milk. As I stood there waiting 10 minutes for my 1 donut, various gallons of milk were carried out of the walk in refrigerator by a woman making drinks. I wish I could say the drive thru would have been faster, but when I left the cars that were there 10 minutes prior, were still there too. To whomever owns this facility...you have you're work cut out for you. I highly doubt I will return anytime soon.

NO WONDER the review is 2.9 here: 1. WRONG ORDER: incompetent to understand multiple times of repeated order instruction 2. RUDE DEMEANOR: NOT APOLOGETIC at all for the wrong order and long wait, but rather hostile. One of employees with red hair said “I am busy” when we asked things to be straightened. NOT ACCEPTABLE 3. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: They made it seem like we did not pay right when they were the ones who got order WRONG. NOT ACCEPTABLE 4. BURNT FOOD: bacon is horribly burnt - apparently not cooked right 5. HEALTH HAZARD: they handle food without any barriers and it was observed that employees dipped their bare hands with long fake nails INSIDE OF THE DRINK CUPS. DISGUSTING.

Went at around 5pm and got donuts. All were hard and stale like 2 days old stale. They were gross. I can’t believe the girl thought it was ok to sell these to us. We threw them out and went to Bosa.

Getting better

Used reward points for hashbrowns and 2 munchkins. Got the rest of my order but missing 3 things! Staff was friendly. Notified corporate of issue and was returned my reward points
