Dunkin'

People are friendly. Avocado toast was fine (prolly cause they only toast the sourdough bread and dont have to bake it in-house); You'll find some of the chewiest bagels here. Almost as if they bake them in the open sun and not an oven. Sarcasm aside, got a half baked everything bagel. Not half toasted, it was half- baked. I cloudn't bite through the hot frozen dough.

This is why I never got to Dunkin donuts. The ice coffee was pure creamer and ice and their muffin just looked like it got kicked around and out back.

Let me tell you about the team at Dunkin’ Donuts today… My car broke down in the drive-thru …and the team of women there jumped into survival mode for me. not a hesitation they just took over and within five minutes had my car out of that drive-thru. It wouldn’t even go into drive… They didn’t make me feel stupid, or like I was inconveniencing their business they just took over… I am So appreciative that there are still people out there that will go above and beyond!! They have my business for life but next time I’ll go inside lol

Horrible customer service, staff are not trained at all
