The morning crew here is always so welcoming and warming! I have been coming here for months and this morning the manager, Michael and the morning team really took their time to help me with downloading the DD app to ensure I get points as much as I come ☺️ You all are doing great! Had to start going to a different Dunkin because every time I went to this one they managed to get something wrong.
I am never the type to write reviews but I have had nothing but issues with this location. They’ve messed up my order multiple times, I’ve witnessed loud verbal fights between who I assume are managers, and have been treated with an attitude by management. I recently placed a mobile order and scheduled a pickup time an hour prior. I show up at the time and there’s no order. Apparently they never received the order and didn’t believe I had even placed the order despite having proof on the app that I did. The attitude was very much “oh well.” Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience” and anything to compensate me. I ended up leaving with nothing because I was going to be late for a meeting due to the back and forth between management. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any Dunkin. The staff outside of management have all been very kind to me and accommodating. My issue solely lies with management.
I definitely go somewhere elce sence this store forced there employees to work sick with a fever not sanitary at all and I would want to get sick. Also the new manager is rude and hateful. I’ll drive out of my way Just to not go here. Also they leave the fudge door open till it’s at 45 degrees which starts to grow bacteria but they don’t care walked in multiple times and seen it open for more than 30 mins.

This is my last time at this location the subpar rating and reviews only solidify my impression of this location. In short I ordered food thru the app I never got the app offered me points enough to buy a coffee despite the fact I spent $12. I decide to ask for a comp meal from the manager who then refers me to the district manager. I reached out and never heard back. As opposed to receiving negative reviews for a matter that could have been settled for $12 they would rather receive bad ratings that they don't even attempt to address. That's totally indicative of how they show concern for customers who have an issue that needs to be resolved. I got the run around for food i never received and I'm out $12 to add insult to injury. If I could give them o stars I would. This is the second and last time I had an issue with them at this location
Absolute rubbish customer service. Won’t use this place again. To the owner of this store, teach the staff here the fine art of customer Service.
This is my favorite place to get breakfast. I always go through the drive through around 7:00 and my order is always right and they are always fast! I know I can always depend on this Dunkin to get me what I need quickly!
