Dunkin'

My wife and I frequently visit Dunkin locations throughout the area to order coffee and a breakfast sandwich. We are very familiar with what we order and know when something is off. Today we visited this location and ordered the usual. Both of us stated that the coffee was off and notified the staff. The manager didn’t offer to replace or give credit, she simply said that it was made right and went about her task. She clearly had no interest in making the customer happy as her attitude was terrible.

Dunkin' Donuts has amazing service and delicious food. Their staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make sure to get your order just right. And don't even get me started on their donuts! They're always fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. I highly recommend trying their classic glazed donut or their Boston cream donut. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Where should I start. Whoever is in charge here is doing a wonderful job. Their line moves incredibly fast and the workers are always VERY friendly. My drink was exceptional and just how I like it. I think I’m going to have to start swinging by every morning to start my day off right. Thank you Dunkin!!

I needed to pick up alot of 5$ gift cards, they were fast and had a great attitude even though it was the Morning rush.

This Dunkin is the best!! Love the egg bites and lattes. Staff is friendly and exceptional customer service! Very polite. Donuts are always fresh and delicious!

This restaurant need better more experienced worker especially morning shift they doing their work sucks there is 3 times already I order one thing they give me something else. Please hire better manager there because They don't pay attention to that. I never have Problem with my orders in another places only this location morning shift doing their work sucks.
