Dunkin'

I keep trying to give them the benefit of a doubt, but I can never get an order made the way it is specifically ordered. I’ve went out of my way to start ordering on the mobile app to make sure there’s no confusion and the poor little girl this morning can’t even put the caramel that goes on the caramel frozen coffee! I just don’t get why it is this difficult to make an order, to order. Now I am referring to the Dunkin’ that was recently added in Reynolds area. At least the girl this morning wasn’t rude as they normally are. But I can go to the Dunkin in Biltmore and walk in anytime of the day and get a perfect coffee, but I’m having to go out of my way for that. It’s not that hard to make a drink consistently. I know, I’ve worked in a restaurant and understand the importance of consistency, but apparently these guys need training or something because I have yet to have them make a coffee the way I order it or for it to even taste the same. And I’m literally going there every morning, just about the same time with the exact same order!! Every single morning it is made different,looks different, taste different. I’ve never had them just not put the caramel on the caramel coffee. I don’t get it, but I am so tired wasting my money and having to take my coffee and doctor it before I can try to drink it- forget enjoying it. But I really love Dunkin, so please get it together!!! Or reimburse me for all the Incorrectly made coffees! Reynolds Dunkin Do better!!!

The staff that were on shift this morning are great people! Protect them at all costs.

messed up mine & sister’s drinks, made them disgusting with way too much syrup and way too little drink on purpose i think, barista was unprofessional and angry at drive thru.

Fresh donuts served and hot coffee a Win! win!

I won't mention how long I waited inside of the building for someone to wait on me. My issue is I asked for a large unsweet tea - no ice. She rang up the tea then charged me an extra .75 cents more. I said " what is that for". In a snotty remark she said "we charge for NO ICE". Then I questioned the extra charge and she said "Do you want it or not"? I said no and left. I have never heard of charging for NO ICE. What a rip off. I have owed a restaurant and know how inexpensive drinks are, but that is ridiculous. You make a ton of money on drinks. Trust me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will never go there again!
