Came in for a don't and coffee. Needed to use the rest room. Guy tells me the men's room doesn't work... and that the other is for women. It's a single person bathroom. So zero reason not to just let me use it. Get your restrooms fixed and put yourself in other people's shoes before telling someone to go piss their pants. Let's grow up and be adults.... there was no out of order sign on the men's room either so I'm not even sure that was broken. Either way, extremely poorly run.
Nice kid at the window but you can tell the manager just throws anyone who shows up to work at the drive-through. They’re unfamiliar with the menu (just ordered a croissandwich meal), no price, no receipt, no hash browns with the meal…$9.88 for a croissandwich and regular black coffee. Croissandwich was good.
4.5 stars. I had an issue here that the general manager resolved very amicably, much better than expected. She was very apologetic, and I appreciate it. They did not lose my business.
My recent experiences at Dunkin' Donuts have been marked by a couple of notable concerns that have impacted the overall satisfaction of my visits. While Dunkin' Donuts is renowned for its delicious treats and coffee offerings, the speed of service at some locations has left much to be desired. The efficiency of the service, particularly during peak hours, has been inconsistent. The wait times at times seemed disproportionately long, raising questions about the staffing levels and operational efficiency. Given the brand's popularity, one would expect a more streamlined and rapid service to accommodate the fast-paced nature of on-the-go coffee and snack purchases. Another aspect that has detracted from the overall impression is the cleanliness of the restroom facilities. The toilets, in particular, have not consistently met the standards one would expect from a reputable chain. Maintaining clean and sanitary facilities is crucial for ensuring a positive customer experience, and the lapses in this regard can have a notable impact on the overall perception of the Dunkin' Donuts brand. While the quality of the products remains a strong point, addressing these concerns would undoubtedly contribute to a more satisfying customer experience. Enhancements in service speed during busy periods and a renewed focus on restroom cleanliness would align with the high standards that customers expect from a globally recognized chain like Dunkin' Donuts. I hope the management considers these aspects to maintain the brand's positive reputation and ensure continued customer loyalty.
First off by letting me saying the hot chocolate was the worst I've ever had the double chocolate donut was as hard as a rock and the Boston cream was small with very little filling inflation has gone up service quality and food have gone way down I will not be going to the Dunkin' Donuts again
Hash browns weren’t hot, and the hot chocolate was super watered down. Both times I’ve come
