Don’t come here if you want good customer service. The girl working the register this morning is rude and needs to stay off of her phone.

ordered online they gave me a dirty cup and a watered down unsweetened coffee when I ordered a vanilla chai - food tasted weirdly like chemicals

They absolutely never respect what you ordered. They just send you a random dozen without any consideration of what you actually ordered.

I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin'. However, my husband is and when an uber eats order went wrong Dunkin' was quick to to remedy the situation and make my husband happy. So, thank you Dunkin for your impeccable service

It was a very nice experience and I’m very thankful that the employees like being at work to make others smile

Great food, fast service, and convenient location, its just a little expensive and inside should be a bit cleaner.
