Great ice cream and hot bagel sandwiches
The women who work here in the daytime are absolutely terrible to deal with. They always appear agitated that they have to stop their personal conversations to deal with customers. They do an awful job of reading orders to make them correctly and then when you address an incorrect order, they have the biggest attitude when talking to you. I waited until I saw a pattern (this has happened at least 3x) before posting this review.
Worker on the phone call while work ♂️ and doesn’t focus on work
This is the worst Dunkin in the area; possibly the world. There are others close by (e.g., Glebe Rd) that are better. I've been here many times and it's almost comical how bad the service is. Last time I went in at 6am and was only customer, the cashier looked at me and then went in the back and didn't come back out -- I left after 8 minutes. They've also messed up our orders more times then I can count, and if you mention it, they just stare at you emotionless because they don't care at all. Strangest Dunkin' on this planet. Parking: Parking lot with 2 spots and 1 disabled parking spot.
I don't know if this is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the world, but it is the worst that i have been to in the world. The donuts were stale, the cream filled had very little filling, and the Apple friter had no filling at all.
This place is absolutely terrible. I stood at the register for 10 minutes. Didn’t get greeted or acknowledged. It became apparent that only one of the three women working, knew how to operate a cash register. The main cashier walked off on me before I placed my order without saying a word. I stood there for an additional 5 minutes before someone else attempting to help me, who couldn’t figure out how to ring up an ice coffee. She also walked off on me without a word. What kind of business is this?
