Very friendly quick service beautiful friendly smiles

The server didn't seem friendly

Ordered a plain cake donut and a donut with chocolate icing ,simple enough, but ended up with 2 glazed blueberry donuts ,not cool since I'm, will sit there from now on a make sure my order allergic to blueberries will now stay at window and make sure I have what I ordered

Prepare to wait in line. Staff seem lost. They used to bea lot better.

This is the WORST Dunkin around. They’re NEVER consistent with their drinks. You pay for a larger drink but they give you a what they want to. The last several times I went I had to throw them away, as they were so strong(I mean like drinking straight espresso strong), I know they didn’t use the ingredients I chose. I also ordered a pancake wrap up and there was a Cockroach in it. Complaining does NO good. I still have the sandwich with the roach, they didn’t look at it, but automatically said it wasn’t one and offered me a couple of drinks for free. Really? No Thanks Lol!!! And the new girl they hired is Rude!!! You’ll know when you experience her. I was rudely told to leave the drive thru line and go to the front door to wait for my order(2coffees pre ordered 5 mins before I got there). She RUDELY stated there was only 2 of “Dem in DER” and they was backed up( no one else in DT. Yet I needed to wait in the front. I think I’ll go out of my way and stick to the Manchester Rd Dunkin. Your odds are a lot better(order wise) and the employees aren’t Rude!!! I won’t be back to this Dunkin EVER!!!

employee kept getting order wrong so she literally started yelling at me thru the drive thru. this is the second time this has happen at this same location. when did yelling at customers becone exceptable???

It’s frustrating half of the donuts we get here are always stale.
