Went here with my friend for lunch, and the food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect ! Every menu item we picked was delicious. Clean place withe polite employees, and delicious food! Must check out if you’re into asian cuisine!
Good food. First time there we were surprised at the amount of food we got. Portions on the menu are deceiving. We ordered way too much food. ...but it was good. Vegetarian options: You can order steamed veggie dumplings.
We had commented so many times in passing that we should try this restaurant and finally find our way there. Loads of choices to the point you will have difficulty narrowing your choice down. It is better to go with a number of people so as to sample a few dishes. Restaraunt is super clean with a fresh vibe, easy to sit, and feel relaxed. Quick, accurate service, and I love that you can watch food preparation in the open kitchen. Great idea to have a central sauce station versus clutter on the tables. Every ingredient for your own unique sauce blend. We kept it simple with a wonton soup and a selection and variety of dumplings. The dumplings were savory and cooked fairly well without too many burnt edges and non greasy. The wonton soup was not to our taste and not with the big stuffed shrimp versions we love elsewhere. Soup base was a little strong and overwhelming in taste. We added some delicate rice rolls and my favorite tofu bites. Both on par with any of our regular haunts. Overall, there are lots of interesting selections at a little higher price than most, although a pretty unique set of choices is not always found in one place. It's likely for us to stop by in the future for a snack rather than a sit-down dinner.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dumpling Time, and it was an absolute delight! The pork dumplings were perfectly steamed, with a juicy and flavorful filling that left me craving more. The chicken and mushroom dumplings were a delicious surprise, offering a unique and satisfying combination. The wonton soup was a comforting highlight, with delicate wontons and a savory broth that warmed both my heart and taste buds. The attentive service and inviting ambiance added to the overall wonderful experience. Dumpling Time is a must-visit for any dumpling enthusiast seeking a delightful culinary journey. Best dumplings in the city, highly recommended.
Been ordering from here since they opened, food is decent but don't call if you have an issue with a delivery. Person on the phone pretty much told me I was lying about missing part of my order. Insisted he knew everything was in the bag and the driver must have ate the missing items? Pretty funny since the bag was knotted closed so tightly I had to cut the bag open. And nice of them to blame the delivery driver or me but take zero responsibility. Sad part is I didn't even want the item or refund I was just making them aware of the issue. Customer service seems to have disappeared here, will no longer recommend nor order from them. There are plenty of other places to get dumplings from
The hot pot is so hot and delicious. The White Moon drink also tastes very good, it has a perfect balance with a twist of lime.
Ate there today and was VERY disappointed in the dumplings. We had steamed vegetable dumplings and they arrived half cooked and hard & crusty at the top. They were actually inedible (and I’m not fussy), so I took them home to feed my pigs rather than throw them out. We alerted our server, who told the owner, but neither offered to remove it from the bill despite us not eating them. That was some pretty poor customer service, especially for first time customers. Needless to say, we won’t be back. I will say that my mom enjoyed her hot & sour soup, and the fried tofu was tasty. Everything else was ‘meh’, much like most of the food in Windsor. Sorry.
Best Rice Noodle Roll in Windsor . Excellent taste. Love it . You try you will not regret:):)
