Dumpling Time (from the acclaimed restaurant team behind San Francisco's Michelin-starred Omakase and Niku Steakhouse) is a modern Cal-Asian eatery where visitors can watch dumplings being made fresh right before their eyes. The menu focuses on freshly made dumplings in the Asian tradition based on recipes from owner Kash Feng's mother and their Xi'an origins with an approachable California twist.
