Voy a ser breve.. fui a este lugar hoy porque vi que los ratings eran buenos. Al llegar con mi familia salio una señora de atras sin saludar ni dar una bienvenida… ni una sola palabra de la señora solo estaba parada sonriendo mientas miramos el menu. Al decidir lo que queriamos (mangoneada) la ordenamos y me dice que no hay nieve de mango. Bueno platicamos un poco y decidimos irnos y le dimos las gracias y la señora, ni un gracias que vuelvan pronto nada. Lastima porque el lugar es muy bonito por dentro. Aparte que no avia muchas opciones de nieve y menos tenian el que queriamos. Pesimo servicio! ahorrense la vuelta. I will be brief… I went to this ice cream shop because of the ratings. As I got there with my family the lady comes out from the back. Didn’t even say hi or welcomed us. She just stood there smirking while we looked at the menu. When we finally decided what we wanted (mangoneada) she tells us there is no mango ice cream available. We discussed a little and finally decided to leave and gave her the thanks. The lady didn’t even say thank you come again or apologized for not having the ice cream. It sucks because the place is very nice inside. Besides the fact that they didn’t have a variety of ice cream they definitely don’t have good customer service either.

The young guy that helped us was extremely nice and polite.. He waited for my kids to chose their ice cream flavors and did not rush them at all.. ice cream we got and paletas were delicious! Fresas con crema were good too! Will definitely come back!

Fast service, strawberry yogurt, mangoneada, and nieve de chocolate abuelita are great.

Im only rating 1 star because of my own experience the horchata was not good it tasted very sour and citrusy. I haven’t tried anything else but agua de fresa and was very good. If you want good horchata go next door to the pupuseria its valid.

I saw this place from far ,we tried it and I have to say ,is nice place is clean ,it needs someone that can prepare things fast ,it took too long to get our order ,tamales are not good , torta 7 out of 10 ice cream 9 out of 10 water too sweet .

Their walnut fruit and yogurt is the best . The place is very modern with nice decor and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to fulfill their sweetooth cravings.

I love the store, everything is good.
