Music blaring like it's a club. One employee working and won't make milk shakes because she had an order of dozen donuts ahead of us. Told her we wanted decorated donut holes and she only offered plain and sugar coated. The place is trash.
I won't rate the service or the food because I didn't attempt any of that. This was our first time inside a Duck Donuts. We walked in and instantly it smelled weird, I looked around and it was just crowded with stuff, the side that had toppings was a mess didn't seem clean at all in there. To much going on. We both looked at each other and said let's go. We went to Small Cakes next door instead and it was AMAZING, decluttered and clean.
Poor customer service. Felt like my visit was bothering the workers
First time, ordering duck donuts, and probably the last. The only good experience was ordering online. Once I arrive I felt unwelcome. I identified myself with an online order and they demanded that I had to show an email confirmation. Then after going to my car to get my phone I had to print my name on a ticket after providing the confirmation. This made me feel like I was trying to steal donuts. Once I got to my office with the donuts, my whole team felt like they tasted like they old donuts. The whole experience was awful.
Doughnuts were great! Customer service not so much. We walked in and one of the workers was understandably taking a break drinking water, made eye contact with us and then turned around ignoring us. Finished his water and continue to ignore us standing at the counter. Hilarious experience, but still not great customer service. Bathrooms are also questionable. The roll of toilet paper that patrons are suppose to use to wipe themselves was in the ground (women’s restroom).
I visited the Skibo location today. As always delicious donuts, however horrible Customer Service! I asked the cashier a simple question and it was answered by annoyingly pointing at something while agressivly chewing gum! I felt like an inconvenience as a paying customer. Duck Donuts quality of product never disappoints but let’s match the service experience as well, at least act like you try!
