i love this place

The red curry is simply incredible. Best pad Thai you will find around here, better than kona. Service is excellent. It is one of my favorite restaurants!!! Update: 7 years later, still the best Thai I've ever had! Best mom n pop shop

We absolutely love this place. We have tried all the Thai restaurants and gauge it by pad Thai and red curry and Duang Tawan, in our opinion, is the best Thai in BR. Best flavor, really friendly staff, and great portions. Always check Facebook to make sure they're open, they close randomly for vacations.

Imagine going to a Thai place and ordering shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp and getting 12 shrimp total. Then imagine ordering garlic chicken and getting canned green beans and canned corn. This food is absolute garbage inmate food do not go here.

Had an absolutely amazing dinner last night. Food wasn't too expensive. Good portion of food. EATERS BEWARE, if you are not a super spicy food person, BE VERY CAREFUL with their red sauce that sits at the table. A little truly goes a long way. I use a good bit. And if your sinuses are clogged, I promise they won't be after you eat there.
