Donatos Pizza

EDIT: He did it again! Although this time there was no black mask, but the same circumstance. Ignored me for a couple minutes but I can see inside while he's pretending to organize menus, like he's trying to kill time, then after a minute he opens the window and glares at me without saying a word. Seemed upset. He must be a manager or something because without his ski mask I can tell he's probably in his 40s. I won't be ordering from here again. Original review: Pretty good Donatos, but the past couple times I've picked up, some weird man wearing a ski mask opened the pick up window and just glared at me without saying anything. The most recent time, I sat at the window for 5 minutes and when no one came, I had to tap on the window to get his attention, and when I finally got it, I was met with his intense glare. No 'Hello', 'Sorry about your wait', or 'What's the order name?', just 5 seconds of intense silence. I had to be the one to initiate the interaction because he wasn't going to do it. Not sure the black mask is some Halloween thing, but he seems mentally unhinged and probably shouldn't be customer facing.

Decent pizza

They use door dash for delivery. They rip you off and don't offer cash deliveries. Even the managers tell you not to use door dash.

It was especially nice on Wednesday. The Big Dons were exceptional and the manager was so cheerful as I ordered. I usually forget to give my phone number and he asked for it before It paid. This let me get my points.

I ordered a pizza and after 2 hours it never came, I tried to call the location and they did not answer the phone..so I drove there and was treated poorly by the manager and employees. To top it all off I received a text stating we had been handed the pizza! No one ever showed. I will no longer order from your establishment.. please just DO BETTER!!

Nastiest pizza I ever had

Pretty good food that isn't too expensive and it wasn't too long of a wait for our food.
