Donatos Pizza

Perfect pizza every time. I'm hooked on Donatos.

I order from this Donato’s every so often and every time I ask for my pizza to be pie cut. The last 4 out of 5 orders have not been pie cut as requested. I even asked at the window during pick up for them to double check this and was told yes, it was pie cut then handed a pizza that was not,

This location is horrible. This is 4th time we gave them a chance to make it right. Well they failed again. These subs were soft and doughy. I mean how do you get parts of the sub golden and the rest not. I will order pizza & subs elsewhere.

This was by far the worst pizza I have ever gotten from Donatos. The outside crust was burnt and the center was under cooked. the costume service was good but the product was terrible from this location. The peperoni was not edge to edge as well. I grew up on those ads I not sure if they still do that though.

I ordered a Mariachi Beef from DoorDash and realized we weren't able to put no tomatoes on the app. I called in a few minutes after we ordered and even though the pizza had already been started i think, the manager still corrected it and got us the pizza how we wanted. Kind of a pain in the butt request but he took care of me anyway with a nice tone. Excellent customer service skills. Oh and the pizza was fire per usual.

The worst stuffed crust pizza ever.

Ordered a founders favorite and they offered their new stuff crust pizza. It was awful. It's supposed to come with a dipping sauce, but they didn't give me one. The crust was dry and tasted terrible and the stuffed cheese part was dry an the cheese was not melted. I'm so disappointed. Do not order their new stuffed crust, terrible!

Tried to order off their app as I have in past and it would not take payment and gave a number to call. I called and the lady I spoke with said she could not apply the deal I had online saving myself 10 dollars. If the app wont work. Why can. They not do this? Ordered elsewhere and it took payment immediately. Frustrating

Pizza didn't have much cheese and my cheese bread was only cooked on the bottom, the middle was raw dough.

Kids need more training

This location is amazing! I had an issue (my fault, not theirs) and the owner was so accommodating and helpful! Eat here!!
