Donatos Pizza

Last 3 deliveries were extremely poor in terms of product quality. One of those 3 were also wrong. I gave up on Donatos after this. (about 3 months ago) But, go ahead and try YOUR LUCK ! It just shouldn't be this way. Why must we "cross our fingers" and hope when we order a delivery ?

We ordered a pizza 1hr and 15 mins have passed it's 631 we were told pizza would be here at 543. Called twice, first time was tolld delivery driver would be here in a few minutes as he has already left. It's a 6 min drive to our house from the donatos on Paragon. It's been 17 mins. We cancelled the pizza and ordered from another place.

Their thin crust, large pepperoni pizza is the best we've found. It's always quite pleasing and hits the spot. And, it's ready in 14 minutes (not 13, not 15...14 minutes).

Uber Eats driver messed up our order and didn't delivery everything. Called store and they Sent the whole order again with their Driver. Thank You.

Did not cut my sub in half. Pizza was really good. Cashier did not greet me and it was like I was bothering them.

Never order online. They will get it wrong and never correct for you. The customer is not their focus. Trash
