This place had a slice missing from my pizza! Horrible customer service said we will refund you 5 dollars on a 40 dollar order you definitely lost my business
Since moving to Ohio this probably the best offering of pizza to order.
I have never experienced such poor customer service. I called to see how much longer it was going to be for my order as it was almost an hour late. All I received from the so called manager were excuses…….no driver, called doordash and he has no control, he wasn’t the person who told me when it would be delivered, beyond rude!!! When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and I’m sure it had been sitting there for at least an hour. This Donatos (Feedwire) has gone downhill. 0 Stars!
Call center is a joke, hard to understand her, screwed up my order so it was wrong, told me wrong about the 20% off coupon, and they now use doordash for delivery so pizza was cold. Overall a very poor experience and won't do it again.
On a Sunday morning at 11:30 I placed order online. Picked up at 11:45. Clearly, they were not busy! When I opened my 12 piece box of wings, I was seriously disappointed! Not only was the appearance awful, they were dried out and tasteless. Also got the baked steak sub which was also tasteless and the gravy on it had congealed! Yuck!! Too many other places to get food from to waste my money here again!
This place needs a serious change in management. Shorter male in his 30-40s. Asked me 3 different times what the name on my order was. Told me it would be 15-20 minutes. Okay no problem. After 45-50 minutes, and I go up and ask him what’s going on. He then proceeds to hand me the order, that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. I tell him that it’s ridiculous that he had to ask the name 3 different times, and then forget that I’m still sitting there in the lobby. Keep in mind, I’ve been the only customer in the lobby for a while. He says “Look man, I’m not going to argue with you”. What?? Then he said “I’m the manager here. I’m moving back and forth with pizza”. I say “Dude, it was 3 pizzas, you asked me the name 3 separate times, if your a manager who can’t even keep track of a order after being told the name 3 separate times, your doing a terrible job managing.” And walked out. 45-50 minutes after being told 15-20, no apology, tried to justify it by saying he’s the manager. What a joke. You can’t justify forgetting about the ONLY customer in the lobby, then don’t even apologize for it, and instead tell me “I’m not here to argue with you.” It’s no wonder this is probably the lowest rated pizza place in the area. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
